Costs do not include provision or venue, lunch or refreshments, but do include all presentation notes and handouts.
Travel expenses are charged in addition to the above costs. Air, rail and taxi fares, or car travel are charged at a rate of 45p per mile.
Overnight accommodation will be charged where applicable.
